By accessing or using blackexcellencedaily.com (the "Site"), purchasing products, downloading the Black Excellence Daily app, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or make any purchase.

Black Excellence Daily offers physical products including calendars, journals, and dish towels available for purchase on the Site. A free mobile application ("BED App") is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. App downloads are also governed by Apple’s and Google’s respective terms of service in addition to these Terms.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Black Excellence Daily to charge the applicable purchase amount. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Updated pricing applies to future purchases only.

We ship to US addresses only. Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns.
• Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the buyer are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact us at clifford@blackexcellencedaily.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Donations made through the BED App or Site are processed via Stripe and are strictly non-refundable. Donations support the Black Excellence Daily platform and app development. Black Excellence Daily is not a registered nonprofit organization, and donations are not tax-deductible.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product designs, calendar content, quote curation, imagery, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of Black Excellence Daily and its owner and is protected by applicable United States intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior express written permission from Black Excellence Daily.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law or regulation.
• Infringe on any intellectual property or proprietary rights.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms, app stores, and payment processors. These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Black Excellence Daily does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Black Excellence Daily and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, your purchases, or any content on the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
